Behind Aziz work in a titled restaurant at Emirates Palace (in conjunction with the owner of 2 Michelin stars), as well as in ZUMA Dubai and the New York Embassy restaurant. Numerous internships in Japan have inspired Aziz to unite cultures of European and Asian cuisine.
So, from the novelties in OXUS you can now try the fusion cuisine dishes: tender salmon with baked sweet potato, avocado and teriyaki sauce (540r), royal prawns in “kataifi” breading (520p). On hot: scallops with cauliflower puree (750r), burnt duck breast with figs and young potatoes (690r).
